Our Story

Our story begins with this simple text message. Two friends who hadn't seen each other in years, or even spoken in a couple months, began a long journey together after this text message sparked a phone call. That call led to the creation of A-List Finance. We both had the dream of becoming entrepreneurs and go into business together, but January 7th, 2021 is when we decided to take the first step toward making it happen. The idea for A-List Finance came a few months later as we figured out our passion and purpose. We found that personal finance is an underserved topic that we feel is essential to everyone's quality of life. We wanted to change that by gathering resources and education all in one place. By doing this, we are able to help people understand not only how to manage their finances, but also grow their wealth and gain financial freedom. We are passionate about our mission and are so excited that we get to share this with you.

Our Founders

CEO: John Marsch

I was born and raised in the Columbus, Ohio area. I graduated college with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. During my time in college, I worked with my father to learn the art of carpentry and spent the majority of my free time using stocktrak.com to practice trading stocks and stock options. Upon graduating I was able to use my investing experience to set aside enough money to quit my full-time job for an extended period of time. I started living life on my terms and decided I wanted to dedicate my time to helping others find a way to live life on their terms.

COO: Travis McBride

I grew up in rural Alabama and love being outdoors. I am so lucky to be the husband to my wife, Paige, and dad to my son, Cooper. Growing up, I had a phenomenal example of work ethic, integrity, and compassion from my father. I decided not to go to college and entered the work force. I put in the time and started working up the ranks but I knew that I had a different purpose. My grandfather showed me the importance of helping people that need it. Taking that to heart, my dream was to become an entrepreneur and be able to use that to help as many people as I could. That is why I decided to team up with John to create something designed to help people achieve their financial goals.
